Terms
of Service:

Dynamiconomy Hosting will provide you with
hosting services, through which people can
access your website through the Internet. |

In return, you agree to pay for our service,
and to follow the rules we have set up for
the use of our service. |

Additionally, you agree that you will not
hold Dynamiconomy Hosting responsible for
anything that may result from your use of,
or inability to use, our service. |

Further, you agree to compensate
Dynamiconomy Hosting for any time and
expense which are caused directly or
indirectly by your violation of the rules of
the service. |

Dynamiconomy Hosting reserves the right to
discontinue service at any time by disabling
the account and password pair which enable
access to update your data and disable
hosting for your domain(s).
You have the right to discontinue service at
any time by giving us a signed notice or
e-mail message from an address we have on
file for you directing us to terminate your
service. |

Termination of service does not affect your
obligation to pay for services that have
already been provided; nor does it reduce,
eliminate, or limit an obligation created
through a violation of the rules of service
during the term of service. |
 |
From time to time Dynamiconomy Hosting may
change the service agreement, the rules for
use of the service. When this happens you
will receive notice of the change and will
have 30 days to decide whether the change is
acceptable to you. Continued use of
Dynamiconomy Hosting's service after the 30
days notice will indicate your acceptance of
the change. |

By ordering hosting services from us, you
acknowledge that you have received, read,
understand, and intend to be bound by this
service agreement and the Rules below for
Use of Dynamiconomy Hosting's Services . You
affirm that you are over 18 years of age and
that the information you have provided to us
about your identity is genuine. |
General Conduct

Dynamiconomy Hosting customers are
prohibited from transmitting on or through
any of Dynamiconomy Hosting's services, any
material that is, in Dynamiconomy Hosting's
sole discretion, unlawful, obscene,
threatening, abusive, libelous, or
encourages conduct that would constitute a
criminal offense, give rise to civil
liability, or otherwise violate any local,
state, national or international law. |

Dynamiconomy Hosting's services may only be
used for lawful purposes. Transmission,
distribution, or storage of any information,
data or material in violation of United
States or state regulation or law, or by the
common law, is prohibited. This includes,
but is not limited to, material protected by
copyright, trademark, trade secret, or any
other statute. Dynamiconomy Hosting's
reserves the right to remove such illegal
material from its servers. |

The customer is responsible for keeping his
billing data with Dynamiconomy Hosting's
up-to-date and accurate. Furnishing false
data on any contract or application,
including fraudulent use of credit card
numbers, is grounds for immediate
termination, and may subject the offender to
civil or criminal liability. |
SPAM
 |
Dynamiconomy Hosting has zero tolerance for
SPAM through any medium that is in any way
associated with Dynamiconomy Hosting, its
clients, or any of its client's associates. |
 |
Dynamiconomy Hosting customers are
prohibited from using SPAM as a means of
advertising data or services hosted on
Dynamiconomy Hosting's network, or using the
network to distribute such materials.
Infringements of this policy can result in
any one of the following:

A warning notice from Dynamiconomy
Hosting, via E-mail or phone. |
 |
Removal of the advertised and/or
originating site. |
 |
Temporary shutdown of all of your
virtual server services, dedicated
server, or colocated machine. |
 |
A block on all of your outgoing mail. |
 |
Permanent disconnection of Dynamiconomy
Hosting service.

Infringements of this policy include, but
are not limited to:
 |
Sending mail to users who have not
specifically requested to receive such
mail. This includes all opt-out and
opt-in mailing lists. |

Sending, being involved in sending, or
employing a third party to send mail
which advertises or mentions a site
hosted at Dynamiconomy Hosting to users
that have not specifically requested
this mail. |
 |
Forging of message headers to mask the
originator of the message. |
 |
Distributing software designed to aid in
the delivery of UCE. |
 |
Posting advertisements to UseNet and
other types of forums where your
advertisement will be off topic,
unwelcomed, or a violation of the forums
charter. |
 |
Using an instant messaging service such
as ICQ, AIM, or IRC to distribute
messages to people who have not
specifially requested such material.

You are responsible for knowing correctly
ahead of time that your message will be
welcomed by the people who receive it. There
are a number of rules that apply to posting
a message to a forum and through different
protocols, but the bottom line is that if
people complain about a message that you
post anywhere other than on your own web
site, you are in violation of this policy. |

Dynamiconomy Hosting clients will be held
responsible for the actions of their clients
in this matter, so it would be best for
Dynamiconomy Hosting clients to implement a
similar or stricter policy. This information
can be reviewed at http://spam.abuse.net on
topics that constitutes UCE, or 'Spam.' |

Harassment, whether through language,
frequency, or size of messages, is
prohibited. These rules apply to all types
of Internet-based message distribution. |

Dynamiconomy Hosting is not liable for the
content of any communications or posting,
other than those made by representatives of
Dynamiconomy Hosting, whether or not the
communication originated from Dynamiconomy
Hosting's network. |
Privacy

Dynamiconomy Hosting collects your personal
information, including your email address
and your physical address when you signup.
This information is uses soley for the
administration and billing of your account
with us and to contact you in matters
regarding your account. We will never share
this information with any third parties or
use your email address to send you
unsolicited advertising messages. |

Dynamiconomy Hosting uses a third party for
billing processing, Paypal Inc. Please see
the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy
linked from the Paypal processing pages for
information on Paypal Inc's terms and
privacy policies. Dynamiconomy Hosting uses
a third party to register domains for it's
customers. Please see the respective
policies on the order pages of the Domain
Registration Center. |
